You'll have the opportunity to enter this later. We ask for your details if you're appealing on behalf of someone else so that you can be notified of any updates on their behalf.

You'll get a notice asking you to verify your email address. You'll have to do this before you can complete your appeal.
To verify your email address, we'll send you a link containing a link that we'll ask you to click. Clicking the link brings you back to our website, where if you've remained logged in should take you back to your appeal.
Usually the verification email takes a couple of minutes to arrive. If you're still waiting for one after 24 hours, please check your email address is correct by clicking 'Change my Email Address' in the dialogue. If it is correct, try checking your spam folder.
